Very much a love it or hate it statue Verity is a work by Damien Hirst and stands at the entrance to Ilfracombe harbour in Devon. At just over 60 feet tall and weighing in at around 25 tons she is made of over 40 individual phosphor-bronze sections supported by an internal stainless steel frame.
