Fungi are incredibly diverse, beautiful forms of life.  Found worldwide, in every habitat, they are the ultimate in adaptable life-forms.  Below is just a glimpse of this world which hopefully will intrigue you to seek them out for yourself.   Please note that it takes many years to be able to accurately identify them; the labels below are just my best attempt after cross-checking several textbooks !
